Q: How much are you paying celebrities to wear your sunglasses?
A: All of our payments transactions are handled by PayPal. Once you submit your order, you are transferred to PayPal's secure sever where the payment transaction takes place. PayPal automatically notifies you by email when the transaction is completed and you also receive an email notification from S4 OPTICS confirming receipt of your order.
A: If there is a problem with your order please contact customer service immediately, either by email or by phone at 800.642.4664. Online orders must be returned (at customer's expense) within 10 days of your receipt of the product. S4 Optics will refund you (via PayPal) for the full amount of the product within 5 days of our receipt of your package, provided that the item is returned undamaged.
A: S4 Optics provides speedy and punctual service by committing ourselves to providing US Postal or FedEx shipping to our customers for reliability & convenience. All orders are sent out the following business day (after orders are received) via US Postal or FedEx. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 4-5 business days after receipt of your order.
A: If you have trouble ordering online you can call or email us to place your order. If you choose to email us, simply let us know the item that you want and the specific of the frame and lens color. We can send you an invoice through PayPal that you can pay on the PayPal web site. If you want to order offline you can download our credit card form and fax us the order along with your payment information.

A: S4 has not paid any celebrities to wear our sunglasses. You may have seen celebrities wearing S4 sunglasses on television, they are also being worn in a couple of feature films that are currently in production. We have supplied production companies with our sunglasses for promotional purposes. S4 has no celebrity endorsements. S4 Team riders are the only people who wear our sunglasses and/or goggles and are paid by S4 Optics.
